<研修について>

  • 座学研修 (約20日間)
  • ロープレ/OJT (ロープレ約10日間・OJT約10日間)

座学研修のあとは、希望シフトに合わせ、ロープレ・OJT研修を2週間ほど行います。

本番を想定したロープレでは、電話やシステムの操作方法を練習し、コンタクトセンターで必要な言葉使いも学んでいいただきます。
