Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies for TikTok LIVE. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies and working as partners to grow TikTok LIVE together.
-Develop agency strategies based on market and competitor research.
Identify and onboard new creator agencies and talent management companies, establishing partnerships.
Provide support for live streaming activities, including reporting for agencies and talent management companies.
Create manuals and community guidelines for agencies and talent management companies.
Conduct workshops for agencies and talent management companies.
Manage goals and KPIs, and perform data analysis.
Plan and execute other related initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions.
At least 1 year of team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the live streaming industry.
Experience in B2B sales, especially in new business development.
Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch.
