ある程度安定稼働したCRM導入クライアントの運用サポートを行います。
運用サポートの中で発生した改修依頼をプロジェクト化し、進めます。
CRM導入後5年以上経過しているクライアントへはシステム切替を提案していきます。
チームの雰囲気
普段は3-4名でチームを作り、その中で業務を行っていただきます。
先輩社員からの指導により業務を覚えてもらいます。
少人数チームの為、蜜にコミュニケーションができる為、話しやすい環境になっています。
定期的にチームメンバーの入れ替えを行いますので、他のチームメンバーとも交流が生まれます。
ポジションのやりがい / キャリアパス
システム運用に関する変更要求に対し、クライアントとの要件定義からシステムリリース、そしてリリース後の運用まで参画できる為、上流から下流までの工程を経験できプロジェクト管理の経験を積む事ができます。
複数顧客を担当して頂く事で、各製薬メーカーのCRM活用の違いなどを理解することで、それらの知識を生かしたシステム改善提案なども行っていけるようになります。その結果、プロジェクトマネージャー、ITコンサルへのパスを進む方もいます。
業務内容
•自社で保持するCRMパッケージや各種データを活用した個別のお客様向けBI等のシステム構築プロジェクトに関する、提案活動から受注後の要件定義、設計、実装、ローンチに至るまでの上流工程から下流工程までのプロジェクトへの参画およびその運用サポート
‒新規導入プロジェクトへのサブチームリードorメンバーとしての参画
‒システム導入後のシステム運用サポート
‒システム導入済のお客様からの改修要望に対する、要件定義からローンチまでの作業実施
役割への期待値(130)
•チームメンバーとして担当顧客を持っていただき、まずは、システム運用の定例業務を覚えて頂きます。
•担当顧客についてのシステム運用を覚えていただいた後は、リーダー監督のもとになりますが、主担当としてその顧客を担当していただきます。
•担当顧客にて発生した小規模の開発プロジェクトでは、見積りから要件定義、リリースまで担当してもらいます。
募集要件(必須&あれば尚可)語学力(130)
【必須】
・IT基本スキル
・Windows 基本概念の理解
・MS-Office製品が扱える事
・データベース操作
・基本的なSQLの記載ができる事
・OracleやSQL等のRDBの利用経験
・テーブル、主キー、IndexなどRDBの基本理解
・システム開発経験
・JavascriptやVBA等を使ったアプリケーション開発経験
【あれば尚可】
・パフォーマンスを意識したSQL記述ができる
・2年以上のシステム開発経験
・語学力‐英文メールの読み/書きが出来る(基礎レベル)
