AI/DXプリセールス技術とビジネスの橋渡し/提案~PoCまでをリード
【仕事内容】
【概要】
本ポジションは、顧客の業務課題を把握し、DX統括部のソリューションの価値を最大化する提案をリードするプリセールス職です。
技術的な裏付けを持った課題整理、ソリューション設計、見積・契約支援、案件創出のためのマーケティング活動など、提案フェーズの中心となってプロジェクトを成功に導く役割を担っていただきます。
技術(クラウド・インフラ・AI 等)とビジネスを橋渡しするポジションとして、事業インパクトの大きい提案に携わることができる環境です。

・クラウドサービスを用いたソリューション提案 (ex.データ基盤構築、クラウドサービスの保守運用最適化)
・AI(LLM、AIエージェント等)を活用したソリューション提案 (ex.業務プロセスの自動化支援、社内RAG構築、研修、定着支援)
・ゼロ化サービスの導入)

【年収・給与】
年収:500~820 万円月給制基本給:250000円残業代:全額支給一律(固定)手当:地域手当 30000円拠出手当 10000円~20000円採用時のグレードにより、裁量労働制の適用対象になる場合がございます。通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし)賞与:あり 年2回昇給:あり 上位レイヤー(G4、M1以上)は年1回、それ以外は年2回、人事評価制度に基づき決定
