Overall purpose of the job
The Client manager, Global Technology Partners (GTP)is responsible for maintaining and growing Lenovo's business within a dedicatedGTP customer set within the GSIs vertical segment.
Independently develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to penetrate the predefined GTP accounts with the whole Lenovo portfolio, ONE LENOVO, to identify opportunities and overachieve sales goals on both Sell-To and Sell-With business.
Build strong relationships with key GSI partners and the whole business ecosystem
Provide accurate weekly forecasts (weekly BMS), achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across multiple product sets
Act as mentor for internal sales representative, work together with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to customer requirements
Ensure that our customers receive world class sales and customer service, with high CSAT
