FinatextのInsurTech事業ではInspireと呼ばれるデジタル保険販売のSaaSを提供しています。
Inspireは保険商品の提供元である保険会社と、デジタル保険を自社サービスと組み合わせて提供したい事業会社の双方に以下の様な価値を提供する、「デジタル保険販売におけるShopify」のようなプラットフォームを目指しています。
保険会社への提供価値
Inspireに保険商品を登録することで、紙の申込書や対面営業などアナログな顧客接点を中心とした保険商品とは差別化された、デジタルな顧客接点を中心とした新しい保険ビジネスへの挑戦が可能になります。
事業会社への提供価値
InspireのAPIを利用することで簡単に自社のサービスにデジタル保険商品を組み込むことができるようになります。
Inspireは「各社固有の業務プロセス」や「商品固有のロジック」などの保険固有の煩雑な要件を、汎用利用を想定して作り込まれた設計とモダンなシステム構成により扱うことで、商品固有の開発を最小限に留めることを可能にします。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■Webアプリケーションのバックエンド開発経験
■Go等の静的型付け言語での開発経験
■AWS等のクラウド上での簡単なインフラ構築経験
■ユニットテストやE2Eテストの実装経験
【歓迎経験・スキル】
すべてが必要というわけではなく、いずれかに該当しているだけでも歓迎です。
■Terraform等によるIaCを用いたクラウドインフラの構築経験
■コンテナベースのアプリケーションの開発・運用経験
■大規模ユーザーを持つWebアプリケーションの開発・運用経験
■生成AIを活用した機能のWebサービスへの組み込み経験
■データベースやネットワーク等、システムパフォーマンスのチューニング経験
■セキュアコーディングに関する知見
■ベトナムのエンジニアチーム等とのコミュニケーションに必要な日常会話レベルの英語力
■金融サービスの開発経験
