冷凍空調システムのコントローラー開発 ※新規開発【東京】(年収620万円~1000万円)
【仕事内容】
【冷凍・空調用自動制御機器メーカーのパイオニア業界トップシェアの商材を数多く持ち、グローバルに展開しています】
【中途比率】50%以上 【離職率】5%以下
【募集背景】
当社は空調機器の心臓部とも言える、「自動制御機器」の開発・製造・販売を行っています。車載分野では60%、家庭用分野では27%の世界トップクラスシェアとなります。また、コールドチェーンは当社創業以来さまざまな分野に納入しています。
業務用冷凍庫・ショーケースはもちろんのこと、新幹線、ロケット、自動販売機、エコキュートなど、多様な分野で実績があります。
この度、低炭素社会実現へより貢献するため、コールドチェーンのコントローラーの機能高度化を進めることになりました。
以上背景より、同業・異業種のコントローラー開発経験者を広く求めております。
活躍するフィールドは、コールドチェーン最先端の欧州をはじめ、ワールドワイドとなります。
【仕事内容】
当社は車載用、家庭・オフィス用、コールドチェーンの温度制御装置を製造販売しています。
その中のコールドチェーンのコントローラーユニットの開発を担当いただきます。
当社主力製品の電子式膨張弁を制御するコントローラー部分の開発を統括いただきます。
<具体的な業務内容>
- 制御設計、製品仕様定義、評価及び製品化フォローまでのプロジェクトマネジメント
- 上記に伴う、社内及び顧客との折衝
- チラー、ヒートポンプなど、冷凍・冷蔵・ショーケースユニットコントローラーの開発・商品化構想
*総合職採用のため製造業務を除く当社業務全般への異動の可能性があります
