仕事内容

英語イマージョン要素を含むアフタースクールの「日々の運営」を統括していただきます。

時間割・人員配置・教室運用・送迎(バス)・安全管理・保護者一次対応など、現場オペレーションを安定稼働させる司令塔役です。

また、問い合わせ対応・見学/体験の運用・地域連携等、集客に関わるオペレーションも担います。

教育内容の最終判断や対外文面の決裁は教育チームが担い、本ポジションは運営に専念します。

具体的な仕事内容

  • スクール運営

・日々の運営統括(時間割・シフト・教室割の設計、送迎/バス運行管理)

・安全管理(入退室管理、緊急時対応フローの運用、事故・ヒヤリハットの記録と再発防止の運用)

・欠員・遅延・設備トラブル等の一次リカバリー(既存ルール内での判断)

  • 保護者・外部対応(一次窓口:日本語)

・保護者対応(問い合わせ・相談の一次対応、必要に応じた面談設定・当日運営)

・行政・学校・関連業者との連絡調整

・説明会・イベントの運営(準備~当日進行)

  • マーケティング・集客(運営と連動)

・問い合わせ対応(電話・メール等)および見学/体験希望者の対応・日程調整

・説明会・体験会等の集客イベントの企画運営(会場準備、当日運営、フォロー)

・地域連携(近隣施設・学校・コミュニティ等)に関する情報収集・連絡調整

・マーケティング/広報担当(本部・外部パートナー)との連携(告知文案・配布物・Web/SNS更新等の運用)

・集客KPIの簡易管理(問い合わせ数、見学数、入会率等)とレポーティング

  • バックオフィス連携・レポーティング

・各種データ管理・簡易レポート作成(在籍、稼働、出欠、インシデント等)

・本部(会計・労務等)との連携、必要情報の提出

・コドモンの運用管理(基本設定、運用ルールの徹底)

【試用期間】試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態:中途採用(契約社員)

給与:本採用時と同じです。

試用期間終了後は正社員採用

給与

年俸 4,000,000円 ~ 6,000,000円

支払方法:年俸の1/12を毎月支給

経験と能力を考慮して決定します。

  • ITリテラシー(コドモン基本操作、Excel/スプレッドシートでの集計・管理)
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語ネイティブインストラクターとのコミュニケーション)
