仕事内容:

【採用マーケティングコンサルタント】

人事採用に課題を抱える企業様に対し、Web広告を活用した採用戦略の提案・コンサルティングをお任せします。GoogleやYahoo、indeedなどのWeb広告から『doda』などの求人広告、自社商品を含めたWebサイトまで、多彩なメディアを駆使し、クライアントごとに最適な採用プランニングを行います。

【主な業務内容】

・企業へのアプローチ(アポイント取得、訪問またはWeb商談)

・採用課題や目標のヒアリング、最適な人材サービスの提案

・社内カスタマーサクセスチームと連携し、広告制作を依頼

・掲載開始後の効果検証、アフターフォロー、改善提案

・商品開発(メディア開拓)、営業戦略立案など幅広い業務

初回導入研修や定期的な社内・社外研修も充実しており、未経験からでも着実にスキルアップできる環境です。営業や求人マーケティングの勉強会も定期開催。知識や経験を積みながら、将来的にはマネジメントポジションや組織の中核を担うキャリアアップも目指せます。
