【具体的な業務内容】
半導体製造CVD成膜及びエッチング装置のハードウェアの立上げ・技術サービス業務を行っていただきます。

プラズマテクノロジー事業部 Plasma Technology Business

【プラズマテクノロジー事業部とは】
■オックスフォード・インストゥルメンツ(本社UK)は極低温、高磁場、核磁気共鳴・X線・電子・光学技術、原子間力顕微鏡、超高感度デジタルカメラ技術を駆使した計測・分析機器や、革新的なハイテクツールを世界各国の大学、研究所および企業に提供する会社として、1959年に創業。
■プラズマテクノロジー事業部は1982年に設立され、ナノテクノロジー分野における高い技術力をベースに、半導体分野において先進的な成膜・エッチング装置等の研究、製造、販売を行い、物理・材料から生命科学まで幅広い分野わたり事業領域を拡大しています。
【事業の魅力】
■半導体製造装置メーカーとしてCVD成膜やエッチングプロセスを30年以上継続的に研究開発しており、その経験により蓄積されたプロセスlibraryは累積6000レシピ以上となっております。
■開発されたプロセスはEtch, CVD, PVD, IBD, IBE, ALDと多岐にわたっており、プロセスレシピの提供を含む装置販売などによる顧客サポートを実施しております。
■主要な研究開発機関との協力関係を持ち、継続的な新規デバイス開発のプロセス知見の蓄積を行っております。
■業界最先端の技術を用いている機器なので、同社製品の性能を理解し、お客様に技術的な提案なども求められます。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■電気・電子・機械系の高専、大学を卒業していること
■半導体装置市場における装置立ち上げ経験
■装置機器におけるハードウェアサービス対応の経験(2年以上)
■装置に関連する電気回路やプロセスチャートフローなど、関連するハードウェア及びプロセス技術に関するデータを装置付帯ドキュメント等から読み解くことができること
■装置UIに対するソフトウェア構成を理解する力
■技術文章作成能力
■英語力(マニュアル読解、本社とのEメールやりとり、英国でのトレーニング等)
*TOEIC 600点以上が望ましい
■普通自動車運転免許
【歓迎要件】
・半導体成膜又はエッチング装置知識及び経験を優遇
・半導体製造工場においてハードウェア作業に従事した経験
・検査方法など関連する技術に関する知見を付帯マニュアル等から読み解き、必要に応じて実行することができること
【給与】
年収 700 ~ 900 万円
※年収はこれまでのご経験やスキルによって判断いたします。
月額給与(基本給):50万円 ~65万円程度(経験・能力に応じて相談)
賞与は、業績(会社・個人)に応じて支給 OnTargetの場合、基本年収の15%。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
