・入社サポートおよび教育育成・研修のサポート

■人材キャリアコンサルティング(BtoC)

当社が契約する求人媒体に応募された求職者の方の採用活動を行います。

希望する働き方をお伺いし、個人にあった職場をご紹介していきます。

・面接を通し希望の働き方をヒアリング

・希望に応じた就業先を紹介

・就業先決定後の業務の流れやコンプライアンスに関する研修の実施

■プランナー研修

┗確立されたカリキュラムのもと面接から採用、研修などの基本的な流れを学んでいただきます。

■コーディネート研修

┗求職者が就業先で行う業務やイベントなどに立ち合い、紹介する仕事内容を学んでいただきます。

※併せてアルバイトメンバーの研修などもお任せします

■セールス研修

┗お客さまへの提案や求職者への面接などの業務を実際にお任せしていきます。

※もちろん先輩とマンツーマンで進められるのでご安心ください

★個人の習得具合に合わせ、段階的にお任せする業務を増やしていきますので、自分のペースでコツコツ成長を目指せます
