\大学生の未来を支える、就活カウンセリング営業/

就職活動に悩む大学生に対し、

Zoom面談を通じてキャリア支援を行うお仕事です。

「やりたいことがわからない」

「どこを受けたらいいのか不安」など、

学生一人ひとりが抱える就活の悩みや課題を丁寧にヒアリング。

その上で、当社の就活支援サービスをご提案し、

キャリア選択の第一歩を後押しします。

営業職でありながら、人の人生に寄り添う

"伴走型"のコンサルティングスタイルが特徴です。

【具体的な業務内容】

◆Zoomでの個別面談(1人あたり複数回)

◆就活状況・将来の希望・悩みのヒアリング

◆課題に合わせた就活支援サービスの提案

◆契約手続きのご案内と導入までのフォロー

◆面談記録の社内共有、社内チームとの連携

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25万円~60万円+インセンティブ

※固定残業代(15時間/3万円)含む

※超過分別途支給

【想定年収】360万円〜780万円
