About the Job
We are seeking a customer-obsessed, creative, goal-oriented, highly entrepreneurial, and experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our fast-growing online grocery proposition team at Amazon.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting and groundbreaking new initiative at Amazon with a focus on defining a business in its early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L Owner: Responsible for building goals/targets and managing the Third Party Marketplace business for grocery.
- Account Strategy: Own the business account management and brand opportunities, build the short-term, long-term strategy, maximizing growth and ensuring revenue/profitability goals are met.
- Business Operations & Process Improvement: Responsible for optimizing unique merchant selection, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring product/compliance policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required
- 6+ years of experience in Buying/Planning or equivalent experience such as Management Consulting, Finance, Merchandising, or Operations
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Fluent Japanese, business level English

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
