日系自動車完成車メーカーから受注したVM製品 (ステリング、ブレーキ、エアバッグ、センサーなど) の開発~量産までOn Cost, On Time, On Qualityを保ちながら安定供給を実現する、カスタマープロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。
- プロジェクト目標を達成すべく、プロジェクトキックオフ、計画及び実行フェーズにおいてクロスファンクショナルチーム(例:社内設計、工場、品証など)をリードする
- プロジェクトの納入スケジュール、資源、製品コスト、品質におけるプロジェクト目標を追跡&統制する
- プロジェクト製品の社内ボッシュ生産工場での量産立ち上げを管理する
- プロジェクト全般における顧客との関係を構築する
- 定期的な社内プロジェクトステアリング会議にて社内ステークホルダーにプロジェクト進捗について報告する
- 顧客向け試作品納入の納期を遵守するための社内ハンドリングを管理する
We are currently seeking Customer Project Manager in Sales to develop and mass-produce VM products - steering, brakes, airbags, and sensors - ordered by a Japanese automobile manufacturer. The objective is to supply OEMs through the following tasks with the goal of achieving On Cost, On Time, and On Quality.
- Lead the cross-functional project team (e.g. engineering, plant, quality) to achieve project targets through initiation, planning & executing phases
- Monitor & control project targets: deliver on time, on cost, on spec, on quality
- Manage production launch at internal RB plants for project related products
- Be contact interface & coordinate with customer on project related topics
- Report project status to related stakeholders in regular Project Steering Meetings
- Manage internal handling of prototype to the customer on time
資格
必須経験/資格:
- 法人営業もしくは開発折衝窓口の経験がある方
- プロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識または経験がある方
- 顧客及びボッシュ国内外拠点とのコミュニケーションに必要な日本語及び英語力(会話、読み書き)のある方
- 普通自動車運転免許
あれば望ましい経験/資格:
- 自動車業界での職務経験、または電気製品の開発業務(例:機械・電気ハードウェア、ソフトウェアなど)の経験がある方
- 自動車向けステアリング、ブレーキ、エアバッグ、センサー製品のいずれかの職務経験
- PMP; Project Management Professional
語学スキル基準:
- TOEIC 600点以上
- 日本語能力検定N1レベル

Required Hard Skills
- B2B Sales or OEM Sales or Sales Engineer or Development Engineer contact window
- Knowledge or experience of Project Management
- Japanese and English skills (conversation, reading & writing) to communicate with the customer, as well as domestic and overseas Bosch location
- Ordinary driver's license
Job Experience (beneficial)
- Job experience in automotive industry or electrical products development engineering (e.g. mechanical/electrical HW, SW) beneficial
- Automotive Steering or Brake or Airbag or Sensor job experience
- PMP; Project Management Professional
Language Skill Criteria
- English - TOEIC score over 600
- Japanese - JLPT N1
