⽣命/損害保険代理店、WEBサイト企画/制作/運営等の多岐にわたる事業を展開する当社にて

中核事業である保険代理店事業の営業を募集。

個⼈/法⼈向けのお客様のご状況、お悩み、ライフプランに応じた

保険商品をコンサルテーションし、ご提案いただきます。

お客様の⼈⽣に⼤きく関わり、介在価値を感じていただける⾮常に意義深い職務内容です。

9:00~18:00

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み

給与:

■雇用形態:契約社員(更新あり)

■試用期間:最大2年間(試⽤期間中の勤務条件︓出向先に従う)

■賞与実績:個⼈+チーム+賞与年2回

■昇給︓随時

・⽉給¥226,000〜 (基本給¥176,000〜 諸⼿当¥50,000〜を含む/⽉)

★試用期間について(※保有の収入保険料がある場合など出向不要の例外有)

・試用期間中は損保会社へ最大2年間の出向となります。

・出向中に保険会社の規定を満たさない場合は本採用できません

★別途高額歩合給アリ

例)税込手数料110万×70%=77万円

77万円‐営業手数料5万円=72万円

72万円=(固定給226,000円+歩合494,000円)
