フレンチレストランでのお皿洗いをお任せします。
「料理のジャンルがフレンチ」「お客様から見られるオープンキッチン」
ということもあって、とてもキレイで快適な洗い場です。
ᴘɪᴄᴋᴜᴘ
「全10席」というキャパシティの為、大量のお皿洗いはありません。
また、「コース料理のみ」でご提供しており、
大体1~2皿ずつ、丁寧に洗えるペースでお皿が下げられてきます。

しばらくお皿洗いの無いタイミングもありますので、
簡単な調理補助として、ハーブを載せる・飾りつけなどもお願いします。
(とくに料理の経験がなくても大丈夫です。)

ラグジュアリーフレンチ『 Gueule Remonte 』(ギュール ルモンテ)。

今日もマダム達が集まり、優雅なひと時を過ごしています。
オーナー夫婦が二人で運営を行う この小さなレストランで、
今回は、洗い場をお任せできるアルバイトさんを募集中です。
真っ白な大皿やガラスの器、シルバーのカトラリー、ワイングラス、
そしてシェフの使う調理器具などを、きらりと輝かせてほしいと思っています。
高い衛生意識を持ち、食器を丁寧に扱える方をお待ちしています。

岡本で人気を集めたカジュアルフレンチ『 ギュール 』が元町へ移転し、
2012年、その名も新たにラグジュアリーフレンチへクラスアップ。
オーナーの赤田シェフは、料理の道に進んで30年・独立して20年の大ベテランであり、
長年培ってきた繊細な技を惜しみなく発揮して、
アーティスティックで精巧なフレンチを創り上げています。
扱う素材は近海で獲れた鮮魚や、丹波産野菜など地元のものばかりです。
兵庫の多彩な旬の味覚を、少しずつ様々に堪能してもらいたいという想いから、
『 Gueule Remonte 』では、少量多皿の"デギュスタシオン・メニュー"でご提供しています。

ディナー4時間のパートタイム。

2年間続けてくれたアルバイトさんがこの春をもって卒業するのに伴い、
飲食店ドットコムで久しぶりの募集となります。
洗い場での食器洗浄がメインですので、
普段からお皿洗いが好きな方や、コツコツ黙々と作業するのが好きな方は大歓迎。
オープンキッチンからお客様の様子も伺えるため、
お店の運営を陰ながら支えていることを実感できます。
お客様に最高の食体験を提供する一翼を担う洗い場スタッフにも
チームの一員として、時給1300円の厚待遇な環境をご用意しました。
基本的にはディナータイム(1日4時間)のみの勤務となりますが、
短時間で集中して稼ぎたい方にはオススメです。
