仕事内容:

落ち着いたオフィスで、問い合わせ対応少なめの一般事務をお任せします。

電話対応が苦手な方でも安心して働けるよう、取次ぎ中心で件数も少なめ。

データ入力や書類整理など、決まった手順で進める業務が中心のため、事務経験が浅い方でも無理なくスタートできます。

▼ 主な業務

・社内からの問い合わせ対応(メール中心)

・データ入力・データ整理

・書類の仕分け・ファイリング

・会議資料の準備(印刷・セットなど)

・備品管理・発注サポート

・その他、社内サポート業務全般

年度末に向けて業務量が増える前に、2月後半から新しいメンバーを受け入れたいタイミングです。

この時期に入社すると、先輩からの引き継ぎをゆっくり受けられ、無理なく業務を覚えられます。

【資格】

※日本語ネイティブレベルの方

※日本語能力検定N1必須

・社内メンバーのサポートにやりがいを感じる方

・指示に沿って正確に作業を進められる方

・未経験から事務スキルを身につけたい方

・基本的なPC操作ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月末月初は多少忙しくなりますが、定時退社できる日も多めです
