同社にて、以下の業務をお任せします
・業務部門へのヒヤリングに基づく、生成AIを活用した業務プロセス改善・システム開発の企画・推進・実装
・生成AI領域における開発環境の構築・提供
・海外を含めた最新の生成AI技術動向の調査
【案件例】
・生成AIを活用した、マルチモーダルな業務アプリケーションの企画・開発
・特定の製品・サービスに依存しないマルチ LLM 環境や市民開発環境の企画・開発
【求める人材】
・生成AIを活用したDX企画またはシステム開発経験 1年以上
【歓迎】
・ビジネス課題・システム要件を適切に把握し、As-is⇔To-be間のギャップを理解・整理する力
・施策・プロジェクトの目的を理解し牽引するリーダーシップ、および業務部門やシステム開発子会社と対等に折衝していくコミュニケーション能力
・システム基盤(OA、クラウド)の知見(企画・開発・導入推進など)
・ビジネスシーンでの読み書きや、簡単なビジネス会話が可能な英語力
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
