事務職の契約社員(受付業務・契約管理・資料作成)

仕事内容:

【基本的な仕事内容】

店舗スタッフとしてお客様応対・事務作業を行います

店内デスクでの事務作業を担当していただきます。

先輩事務員が一から指導するので安心です

●自社顧客へのテレアポ・電話応対業務

●PCによるデータ入力

●帳簿・伝票類の作成事務 など

上記の業務に加えて、配属先の部署に応じて下記の業務もお任せします。

●車両販売・リースなどの受付業務

●車検・修理などの受付業務

●請求書作成・郵送業務

●従業員情報の管理 など

アピールポイント:

現在従業員は48名。

先輩社員や教育カリキュラムによるサポートも充実しているため、

未経験者でも安心して就業出来ます。

業務上必要と判断された資格は働きながら取得可能です。

会社で支援を行います。

契約社員で入社いただいた後、相互でマッチングを確認し、

正社員登用を検討いたします。

求める人材:

学歴は不問です。

事務職経験者優遇します。

●基本的なPC操作(Word,Excel)が使用可能な方

●普通自動車免許

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩時間12:00~13:00)

※残業あり(平均月1時間)

※月~金曜勤務(年に1~2回土曜出勤あり)
