仕事内容:

・一般病棟(急性期)37床、障害者病棟(慢性期)74床の病院です。

・業務内容は、(1)病棟での事務業務、(2)医療材料の管理・発注業務、(3)経理・総務業務等です。

医療の知識がない方でも安心して働けるようにマニュアル化されています。

アピールポイント:

医療法⼈社団忠医会は、2013年に東京都⾜⽴区島根で⼤⾼病院を開設し 「救急医療を通じて、地域医療に貢献する」という理念を掲げ、地域の患 者さんの要望に応えて参りました。

この度、2024年12⽉に法⼈2つ⽬の病院として同じ理念のもと、東京 都練⾺区⾼松3丁⽬に忠医会病院を開設いたしました。

忠医会病院は、「ちょっと熱が出た」「指を切った」「やけどをした」 など、救急⾞を呼ぶほどでもないけど早くどこかで診てもらいたいという 地域の患者さんへの外来診療や、施設⼊所中や在宅医療を受けている⾼齢 者の内科救急、⼩児、成⼈を問わず外傷や熱傷、アルコール関連や精神障 害をお持ちの⽅の病気や怪我の診療を可能な限り受け⼊れていきます。ま た、救急⾞の搬送先がみつかりにくい患者さんや救命救急センターから転 送の患者さんを受け⼊れ、救急医療の円滑化に寄与したいと考えていま す。

求める人材:

・資格不問、未経験の方も歓迎いたします。

・未経験でも研修を行いますので問題ありません。

・採用に当っては、スキルよりもビジネスマナーと協調性のある方を優先します。

勤務時間・曜日:

・4週8休シフト制

・日勤 8:45~17:45 (休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

・4週8休シフト制

・年間休日は夏期・冬期休暇、各3日を含め111日

・有給休暇 労働基準法どおり

・介護休暇・子の看護休暇、1年間で5日

・慶弔休暇

・東武東上線「成増」駅よりバス17分「高松3丁目」停下車、徒歩1分

給与:

・昇給年1回 4月

・賞与年2回 7月と12月

・基本給(経験による)

・資格手当 10,000円(医師事務作業補助者)

・住宅手当 20,000円

・皆勤手当 20,000円(試用期間内は不支給となります)

・徒歩、自転車通勤手当 20,000円
