仕事内容:
ブリヂストン産業用ゴムホースの製造ラインにおいて、ホースの加工、部品の組付けを行う業務です。
具体的な作業内容
ホース加工・部品組付け(ホース組立加工業務)
産業機械や建設機械に使用される*ゴムホース(産業用ゴムホース)*を、製品の規格に合わせて加工します。
ホースを一定の長さに切断したり、専用の機械を使って端面を整えたりします。
ホース配管に使用するワンタッチ金具などの部品を、ホースの端部に圧着・組付ける作業を行います。
専用の圧着機械(カシメ機など)にホースと金具をセットし、機械を操作して強固に接合します。
機械オペレーター
ホースの切断機や圧着機(カシメ機)の操作を担当します。
ホースや金具を正確にセットし、設定を確認後、ボタン操作で加工を開始します。
検査業務
組み付けが完了したホースアセンブリ(ホースと金具が接合された製品)に、金具の緩み、ホースのキズ、寸法などの不具合がないかを、目視や専用のゲージを使って検査します。
特に油圧用などのホースは、高い圧力がかかるため、接合部の強度が正しく保たれているかのチェックが重要です。
付随業務
ホースや金具などの部品を製造ラインに供給する運搬作業、作業場の整理整頓など。

体力が必要な場合あり
産業用ホースは太く、重いものがあるため、運搬や機械へのセット作業などで体力が必要となる場合があります。
