経営企画部 DX推進課にて、全社横断のDX施策を企画・実行するポジションです。

事業戦略と連動したDXロードマップの策定から、業務改革・データ活用・IT導入の実装、現場定着までを一気通貫でリードしていただきます。

経営層・現場・外部パートナーと連携しながら、成果を数字で示すDXを推進します。

  • ミッション

事業戦略と連動したDXロードマップの策定・実行を主導し、現場の生産性・収益性・顧客価値の向上を継続的に実現することが、本ポジションのミッションです。

既存業務の可視化・再設計や、データ活用、RPA・BIの導入・展開を通じて、短期的な業務改善と中長期的な事業変革の両立を図ります。

また、整備事業を中心とした現場DXを強化し、業務効率化・品質向上・人材不足解消に資するDX施策を推進することで、整備現場の生産性向上を牽引していただきます。

  • 主な業務内容

【DX企画・全社プロジェクト推進】

・事業戦略と連動した全社/部門横断のDXテーマの企画立案

・DX施策における要件定義から実装、現場定着までの一連の推進

(DXプロジェクトマネジメント)

・DXロードマップの策定および進行管理、優先順位付け

【業務改革・データ活用/自動化】

・既存業務の可視化・整理を踏まえた業務プロセスの再設計

・RPA(UiPath等)、ローコード/ノーコードツールを活用した業務自動化の推進

・BI(MotionBoard等)による業務データの可視化、ダッシュボード設計・展開

【現場DX(整備事業領域)】

・整備事業における業務効率化・品質向上を目的としたDX施策の企画・推進

・工程管理、見積業務、点検・整備プロセスのデジタル化

・工場リソースの最適化など、現場起点でのDXテーマの立ち上げ・展開

【IT基盤・インフラ刷新】

・店舗・拠点ネットワーク、端末更改などのITインフラ刷新プロジェクトの推進

・社内関係部門および外部ベンダーとの調整・折衝

・データ利活用を支える基盤整備および運用ルールの設計

(ID/権限管理の運用を含む)

【成果管理・組織マネジメント】

・DX施策の成果指標(KPI)の設計、モニタリング、改善サイクルの主導

・DX推進課メンバー(若手・中堅)の育成、指導、評価

・DX人材レベル定義を踏まえた企画力・実装力・定着度の評価運用

【応募資格】
学歴不問
【必須スキル】
・事業会社またはコンサルティングにおける、業務改革/IT導入のPMまたはリーダー経験
・RPA/ローコード、もしくはBIツールの導入・運用経験(製品不問)
・部門横断の合意形成力・ファシリテーション力・ドキュメンテーション力
【歓迎スキル】
・UiPath等のRPA導入・運用設計経験、MotionBoard等のBIダッシュボード設計経験
・拠点ネットワーク/端末更改などのITインフラ更改プロジェクト経験
・ID/権限管理や情報セキュリティ運用の実務経験(グループ全体施策との連動経験があれば尚可)
