仕事内容


沖縄の街をもっと良くしたい。そんな想いを形にする提案営業のお仕事です。

具体的には、国や沖縄県、各市町村へ、防災計画の策定や離島の人口減少対策など、

さまざまな社会の課題に向き合い、市町村の職員さんたちと一緒に解決策を考えていくことが私たちの仕事。

防災計画の策定や離島の人口減少対策など、公共性の高いプロジェクトの受託支援です。

【仕事の流れ】

お客様から情報収集・課題ヒアリング

技術者チームと打合せ

企画提案・見積作成

入札・プロポーザル

受注(受注後のフォロー)

営業のスタイルは、自治体へのヒアリングから始まります。

収集した情報を基に社内の技術者チームと最適解を練り上げ、企画書や見積書を作成。

その後、入札等を経て受注を目指します。

受注後も、プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう自治体と現場の架け橋としてフォローを担う、コンサルティング要素の強い営業です。

専門的な計画・調査・設計等の領域は技術者チームが担当するため業界未経験者でも大丈夫です。

【応募条件】

  • 専門卒以上
  • 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
  • 基本的なPCスキル
  • 社会人経験

営業経験があれば尚可

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 23日

勤務時間 9:00~18:00(休憩時間12:00~13:00)

残業時間 月平均15時間程度

*マイカー通勤可。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万1000円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし
