最新のLLM・AIエージェント技術の調査から、実ビジネス・実運用を前提としたAIエージェント設計、プロダクトへの組み込み、推論環境の高速化・効率化までを一貫して行います。

【職務詳細】

・最新論文の調査

・Pytorchを用いたAIモデル開発

・RAG構成の設計・実装

・LangChainやLangGraphなどの各種ツールを用いたAIエージェント開発

・vLLMなどを用いた高速なAI推論環境の構築

・同社のAIBooster/AIStationなどの製品を活用したAIの高速化

【プロジェクト例】

・企業内ナレッジを活用したRAG型AIアシスタント

・製品開発プロセスを効率化するAIエージェントの開発 など

・PythonによるAIモデル/AIエージェント開発経験

【尚可】

・C言語/C++の利用経験

・Pytorch、LangChain/LangGraph/vLLM、TensorRTの利用経験

【給与】

年収:600万~1010万程度

月給制:月額500000円

給与:※経験、スキルにより決定致します。

賞与:年2回※金額は業績により変動(40万円/年以上を想定)

昇給:年2回

東京都港区芝浦1-1-1 BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S 31階

JR山手線「田町」駅徒歩1分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

始業10時00分、終業19時00分を基本とし、労働者の決定に委ねる ※9時間勤務したものとみなす

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
