そんな想いを込めて立ち上げたアトリエライプハウスです。

アートも福祉も、無資格・未経験OK/片付けや準備、見守りが中心

スタッフの約7割がアートも福祉も未経験からスタート

利用者様は制作活動に熱中できる方。

アート制作のアドバイスは専門講師が行いますので、

利用者様の制作活動を見守りながら、準備や片付けのお手伝いが中心です。

利用者様のアート作品が、多くの人を魅了しています

展覧会を大小含めて年約12回開催

世界的な有名コーヒーチェーン店に絵をご購入いただいたり、

デパートの店舗デコレーションに採用されたり、買い物袋のデザインに使用されたり…etc.

あなたが支援することで、障がいのある方が、多くの人を魅了するアート作品を創ることができます。

仕事内容

日常のサポート・アート制作補助/生活支援員・介護[パ]

利用者様の日常生活の介助(食事やトイレの付添いなど)、アート制作の準備・片付けの手伝い、見守りや声かけ、送迎などサポート業務全般。

また、事務作業や業者などの対応、アート展覧会場での対応あり。

  • 見守りサポートがメイン

入浴介助なし

食事介助や排泄介助が必要な利用者様は1~2名で、日々の制作活動を一緒に楽しみながら過ごすことがお仕事。

(排泄介助はスタッフ1名ではなく、複数名で行います)

  • 送迎は軽自動車(オートマ)で、利用者様1~2名の乗車です。

近隣エリアですのでご安心ください。

<感動できる仕事>

展覧会というゴールへ向けて、利用者さんが少しずつ完成に向けて進めるようにサポートをしています。

完成した時の"達成感"は、他ではなかなか味わえない大きなやりがいに

展覧会では、来場者の方に喜んでいただいたり、驚いていただいたり、ご購入いただいたり…。

その様子を利用者様に伝えると「やったー」と喜び、制作意欲につながり、中には売れっ子になる方も。

嬉しい連鎖がどんどん起こる環境で、楽しみながら感動できる仕事です

  • 現在、20~50代の男女活躍中

給与

時給1180円~

※別途、手当あり

・資格手当(初任者研修修了者以上/月2000円~)

・家族手当(月5000円~/人 ※勤務時間による)

※試用期間3ヶ月(同条件)

勤務時間

9:30~17:30(休憩1時間)

※時短も相談OK(17:00迄など)

休日休暇

週3日から勤務OK

※月1~2回 土曜 or 祝日出勤あり(応相談)

※Wワーク・扶養内勤務OK
