仕事内容


下鴨茶寮ブランドの食品

(弁当、おせち、ギフトなど)を

製造している拠点である伏見食房において、

調理業務の中核を担っていただくお仕事です

  • お仕事は…

・食材(魚、野菜など)のカット・洗浄・下準備

・調理(煮る・焼く・揚げるなどの加熱作業)

・盛付・トッピング(具材を決められた配置で盛付)

・パック詰め・シーラーでの封止

・ラベル貼り・表示チェック

・製品の検品(異物混入の確認、計量チェック)

・出荷前の箱詰め・仕分け作業

・衛生管理・作業場の清掃 など

【必須】

*食品製造工場や飲食店での調理経験

・衛生管理者資格

・品質管理(HCCAP)の知識

・PCスキル(word、excel、PPTを使った資料作成経験)
