総合職として入社後、本人の適正を相談の上で下記部門へ配属予定となります。

購買や営業企画(マーケティング)、営業等で活躍
- 購買(経験者歓迎)
・当社の購買担当として、最先端の化粧品に必要な原料や資材の調達全般をお任せします。
・単にモノを仕入れるだけでなく、「まだ世の中にない」革新的な化粧品を生み出すための調達戦略を立て、コスト最適化と品質確保を両立させる、事業の根幹を支えるポジションです。
- 営業企画(経験者歓迎)
・新商品のコンセプト設計から販売戦略立案まで、商品企画に伴う業務をお任せします。
成分・処方・デザイン・マーケティングと、業界全体を俯瞰できるポジションです。
- 営業(経験者歓迎)
・お客様の新商品開発を、提案型営業で伴走しながらサポート。
・製品企画から販促・販路拡大までトータルで支援します。
