Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare the required food items for the operation. 
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Ensure the compliance of HACCP standards.
  • Prepare and plate and items according to the guidelines and procedures.

General Requirements

  • Enthusiastic about Chinese Cooking.
  • Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces in Chinese Cuisine. 
  • 2 more years for Apprentice experience in 5-star hotels or equivalent restaurant establishments.
  • Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude.
