仕事概要


本ポジションでは、自社運営スペースならびにマッチングサイトの集客最大化を目的に、 マーケティング全般(広告運用・SNS運用・SEO・アクセス解析、オフライン広告など)に加えて、 サイトUI/UX改善や制作ディレクションも担当いただきます。 具体的には、予約サイト・自社サイトの予約向上、SNSによるファンづくり、 広告運用によるCVR最適化や新規リードの開拓など、成果につながる施策立案〜実行までをお任せします。 また、必要に応じて社内外のパートナーと連携しながら、サイト改修やUI改善を行い、弊社サービスのさらなる顧客体験改善を目指していただきます。 副業・複業の方やフリーランスの方も歓迎です。 「限られた稼働時間の中で成果を出せる」即戦力型のマーケターを求めています。 ご参画後に期待する姿・状態 ・参画後1ヶ月以内に、当社運営スペースの現状集客チャネルやKPI、Webサイト構成をキャッチアップし、課題の洗い出し・改善案を提案 ・1〜2ヶ月目には、広告運用・SNS施策等で初期成果(例:CVR改善・予約数UP)を出し始めている ・4〜6ヶ月頃には、集客施策のPDCAを安定的に回し、サイトUI/UX改善のディレクションや外部パートナーとのコミュニケーションを自走して行えている

必須スキル


・Webマーケティングの実務経験(SNS運用・広告運用・SEOいずれか3年以上) ・サイトUI/UX改善のディレクションまたは実務経験(2年以上) ・社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力 ・スピード感をもって自己成長を遂げたい方 ・自ら目標を設定し、達成までやりきれる力 ・社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力

・3名以上のチームマネジメント経験 ・マーケターとして高い実績、成果をお持ちの方 ・店舗、レンタルスペース、宿泊施設等の集客経験をお持ちの方 ・クリエイティブ制作(バナー・動画など)のディレクション経験がある方 ・GTMやGA4、WordPressの更新、Lookerでのレポート作成も行える方 ・リボン型のマッチングサイト等のマーケティングディレクション経験をお持ちの方

応募概要


給与

想定月収:10万円〜40万円(稼働日数・成果に応じて変動) 稼働日数:週2~5日 出社日数:平日にて週2日以上 ※目標達成度や成果に応じてインセンティブを支給します。

オフィス: 東京都文京区向丘1丁目7-8 ※創業期としてチームで価値観や方向性を揃えながら事業を育てていくフェーズのため、 原則週2日は出社いただける方にて募集しています。

稼働日数:週2~5日 出社日数:平日にて週2日以上 出社時間:平日10:00〜19:00の間(~2025年11月までは水曜以外)で、1日は休憩除く5時間以上 出社時間例) ・10:00〜16:00(休憩1時間あり、5時間出社時) ・13:00〜18:00(休憩なし、5時間出社時) その他 受動喫煙対策:あり(屋内禁煙) ※喫煙に関する社内規定あり ※初回のみ試用期間として3ヶ月間の契約になります。その後、継続時には半年ごとの契約更新となります。(試用期間かどうかでの条件変更はなし)
