What You Can Expect
We are seeking a talented Zoom Phone Specialist with deep specialized experience in UCaaS /Telephony. You will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Phone industry and UC market. This person will have in-depth experience in onboarding and leading partners specializing in UC/Zoom Phone sales. This role will execute on the identification, recruitment, on-boarding and nurturing of UC/Zoom Phone partners. The role will enhance sales revenue by building relationships with partners.
This is the Tokyo-based role, and will report to General Manager of Zoom Phone in the US.

The dynamic Zoom Phone sales team drives company success by delivering cutting-edge communication solutions worldwide. They engage passionately, forming strategic partnerships and adopting a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom's global presence and maximize virtual collaboration for businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
- Present and Demo Zoom Phone to customers, partners and team
- Be the "trusted" advisor for the partners you support for Zoom Phone
- Execute sales training and provide marketing support
- Tracking sales pipeline, bookings against quota and attainment thereof
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Direct and Channel Cloud PBX/ UCaaS Product selling experience
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Understand of the competitor market
- Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated, coachable
- Have Skill in conducting presentations, online demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process
- Have proficiency of English and Japanese

求める経験/スキル
- 5年以上の営業または事業企画経験
- クラウドPBX/UCaaS製品の直接/パートナー経由での販売経験
- 販売促進と収益目標達成のためにチャネルパートナーとの堅固な関係を構築・維持する能力
- 競合市場の理解
- 細部に注意を払い、組織的で、倫理的、責任感があり、自己motivated、指導可能であること
- プレゼンテーション、オンラインデモの実施、測定された販売プロセスの遵守と採用に熟練していること
- 日本語・英語ともに堪能であること(日本語:お客様対応できる母国語レベル、英語:海外のステークホルダーと協業できるレベル)
