■募集背景
サステナビリティ経営を加速するプラットフォーム「booost Sustainability」は、
現在プライム市場上場企業様を中心に、小売・通信・製造業など業界問わずご導入いただいております。
ここまではEM一名体制でやってきましたが、
拡大する事業に併せて開発組織もさらにスケールさせていくため、
マネジメント体制の強化をしていく方針です。
■業務概要
プロダクト開発チームのEM(候補)として、
チームのアウトカム、生産性、エンゲージメントを最大限高めるための活動をお願いいたします。
■業務詳細
- 今後開発するプロダクトに最適な開発組織体制の構築と維持
- 開発組織拡大に向けてのピープルマネジメント(1on1、評価・フィードバック制度整備など)
- メンバーのアサイン調整などリソースマネジメント
- エンジニアの採用活動、リファラル採用の推進
- 開発プロジェクトのリード/マネジメント、PMなどの関係者とのコミュニケーション
- 開発メンバーの育成・オンボーディング施策の企画実行・改善
※ご経歴・ご志向に応じ、アーキテクチャなどの技術課題、開発プロセス改善、ブランディングなどに取り組む機会の提供が可能ですので、ご希望があれば面談でお伝えください。
※また、サステナドメイン・プロダクト・弊社の開発スタイルについての理解をしていただくことを目的として、入社からしばらくの間はエンジニア(のリーダー)として業務課題の解決をPMおよびエンジニアメンバーと行っていただく想定。
