技術者向けのコンテンツ(デベロッパー向けドキュメント、業界のホワイト ペーパー、コンピュータ サイエンスのコース教材、IT 管理のハンドブックなど)を作成した経験。
Java、C、C++、Python、Go、JavaScript のいずれかで書かれたコードの作成、読み取り、デバッグを行った経験。
ウェブ技術(HTTP、HTML、DNS、TCP など)に関連する問題を解決した経験。
分散システムに携わった経験。
望ましい経験/スキル:
複数のチームにわたる危機対応またはエスカレーション管理に携わった経験。
デベロッパー ツールの開発経験(自動化、テスト、デバッグなど)。
App Engine や分散コンピューティングなど、クラウドベースのサーバーレス、ストレージ、ネットワーキングの各種テクノロジーに携わった経験。
システム管理者またはネットワーク管理者として、Linux / Unix システムをサポートした経験(OS カーネル、シェル、ファイル システム、クライアント サーバー プロトコルなど)。
ウェブアプリまたはモバイルアプリの開発に携わった経験があり、SQL 管理、スキーマ設計、クエリ プロファイリング、コアデータ構造とコンセプトに関する知識があること。

業務内容
お客様の本番環境へのデプロイに関する問題を解決し、プロダクトの準備と可用性を確保する。プラットフォームのサービス停止や経営幹部の懸念など、重大な技術的エスカレーションをトリアージして処理する。
お客様から報告された問題のトラブルシューティング、再現テスト、根本原因の特定、診断用ツールの作成を通じて、Google Cloud アーキテクチャに関する専門知識を深める。
社内のステークホルダー(エンジニアリング、セールス、プロダクト)のサブジェクト マター エキスパートとして、デプロイに関する技術的障害を解決し、プロダクトの改善を推進するためにお客様のニーズを代弁する。
お客様が抱える問題を把握し、お客様のニーズをプロダクト チームやエンジニアリング チームなどの社内チームに伝え、プロダクトの改善や生産性向上を図る。
デベロッパーやコンサルタントのチームの一員として、24 時間体制でグローバルにカスタマー サポートを提供する。必要に応じて、週末を含む標準的な就業時間外に(またはシフト制で)業務を行う。
