金融×テクノロジー領域において、複数の事業・プロダクトを展開する成長企業にて、大規模な金融サービス開発プロジェクトをリードするプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションでは、証券・保険などの金融プラットフォームを活用した新規サービス構築や、既存システムからの大規模移行プロジェクトに携わります。事業企画・要件定義といった上流工程から、開発チームと連携した実行フェーズ、サービス稼働後の改善まで、一気通貫でプロジェクトを推進いただきます。
主な業務内容
・プロジェクト全体の統括マネジメント: プロジェクトの進行を総括
・リスク管理を含めた全体マネジメントを行います。
・パートナー企業とのサービス企画や要件定義等の上流工程
リレーションシップマネジメント
・エンジニアやディレクターとのコミュニケーションを通じた内製開発マネジメント
・Bizdevチームと連携たプリセールスやビジネスプランニング
・サービス稼働後のプロダクトアップデート
応募要件
いずれかに近しいご経験のある方
・5年以上のPM経験
・100人月規模以上のPM経験
歓迎する要件
・エンジニアとして2年以上、大規模プロジェクトの開発に携わった経験
・PMP資格やクラウド資格をお持ちの方
・ミッションクリティカルなシステムの初期構築、運用の経験
・ネット銀行・ネット証券会社等での金融システムの開発・運用の経験
・クライアントの要望・課題に対するソリューション提案の経験
・大規模システム開発における開発リード経験
・大規模システム開発でのプログラミング経験
・AWS、Google Cloud、Azure等のクラウドでの開発経験
