具体的な仕事内容について

< 難しい作業一切なし >

< 業務の流れを覚えれば簡単業務 >

  • 駐車場利用者への対応業務

(駐車券発券、料金精算、誘導等)。

*お客様の5割は常連様

(月極の利用者様は2割程度)です。

*搬入業者の入場確認もあります。

  • 待機時は座っててOK

お客様が来たらテキパキ対応します。

  • 担当物件は1物件のみですが、

複数物件を担当いただく方には昇給のチャンスもあります

・弊社の駐車場は最新のセンサーを完備して

いるので、基本的には細かい誘導なしで

お客様ご自身で安全に駐車できます

・時間貸しのお客様の精算は自動精算機にて

行うので、金銭のやり取りもありません

・搬入業者の方は利用方法を知っている方が

多いので特に誘導等の必要はありません

・駐車券を発券して、お帰りの際に精算対応

すれば終わり

月給 28万円以上

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり2万9075円以上(固定残業時間:20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
