複雑化が進む社会において、同一業界内・単一企業でインパクトのある変革を実現することは困難になっており、業界横断でのイニシアチブを立ち上げることが必要になっています。

Operations_Industry & Domain SolutionsユニットのSmart X Lab.(以下 OI&DS-Smart X)では、業界横断で社会にインパクトを与える経営アジェンダを中心にクライアント企業に対するコンサルティングサービスを提供しています。

①Smart Agriculture & Food領域

食農領域におけるサステナビリティや、デジタルテクノロジーを活用したバリューチェーンを横断したデータ連携、健康向上やWellBeingの実現をするための栄養の提供など、新しい食と農業をテーマとした事業支援を行っています。民間・公共団体に対する事業戦略立案、社会実装、ルール形成、デジタルソリューションの提供等、一気通貫でのサービス提供に挑戦しています。

②Carbon Neutral / Circular Economy領域

気候変動対応や資源枯渇問題と言ったサステナビリティ課題への対応と、サステナビリティ対応を新しいビジネス機会と捉えて経済成長を目指す、その両立が企業経営に求められています。そのようなビジネス環境下において企業単独では克服できない課題を的確に捉え、産官学連携の促進を通じた課題解決を図る、"共創型"のアプローチによるコンサルティングサービスを提供し、世の中への価値提供を目指しています。

【業務内容】

(1)食農サステナビリティ

・農畜産業の脱炭素化ルール形成、事業戦略、社会実装

(2)スマートフードチェーン

・フードチェーン横断のデジタルプラットフォーム構想、実装支援

(3)輸出促進支援

・日本の食関連技術・農生産物の海外展開支援

(3)栄養戦略

・健康改善・WellBeing向上に向けた商品・顧客接点改善支援

②Carbon Neutral / Circular Economy領域

(1)CN/CE Strategy

・サステナビリティ課題に対する「攻め」と「守り」の構想・戦略策定

・国際ルールや標準化、規制等に関するルールメイキング活動

・サステナビリティ対応型のビジネスモデル構築やエコシステム形成(産業横断の座組による国主導の実証事業の実績多数)

・ビジネス立ち上げに向けた実行・モニタリング 等

(2)CN/CE Transformation

・CN/CEに関連する実証の計画・実行支援(国や民間が主導する実証事業の種まきから実証、効果測定までの一連の活動)

・民間企業や自治体に根付いた、定常的なサステナビリティ対応型のオペレーションモデルの構築と運用 等

・コンサルティングファームでの実務経験

・新規事業開発経験(業界問わず)

・英語力(英語でのディカッションや英語での記事・文献を用いたリサーチができる方)

②Carbon Neutral / Circular Economy領域

<必須要件>

(1)CN/CE Strategy及びCN/CE Transformation

・コンサルティング会社や各製造業(自動車、家電・電気電子、産業機械、素材、建設・不動産、食品・飲料、総合商社など)における業務経験

(2)CN/CE Digital

・SCM、トレーサビリティ、CN (LCA、ESGレポーティング等)、CE(リユース、リサイクル、DPP等)システム開発経験(いずれか)

<歓迎要件>

(1)CN/CE Strategy及びCN/CE Transformation

・サステナビリティに関連する新規事業立ち上げ経験

・一定のデジタル知見があると尚望ましい

(2)CN/CE Digital

自動車、電気・電子、建設、テキスタイル業界でのシステム開発経験

・データスペース(ウラノス、Catena-X、EDC: Eclipse Dataspace Connector等)や分散技術(DID/VC、ブロックチェーン、ZKP等)知見
