【事業内容】 「働くひとの健康を世界中に創る」というパーパスを掲げ、現役の産業医である代表の山田が2011年に創業。 健康づくりのプロフェッショナルカンパニーとして、法人向けに産業保健・健康経営のソリューションサービス「Carely(ケアリィ)」を提供しています。 クラウドシステム×専門家による人的サービスにより、企業における組織的な健康課題の解決を支援し、経営戦略を後押しします。 【仕事内容】 産業保健、健康経営領域で企業が抱える課題解決を支援する部署において、産業医の協力を得ながら産業保健を推進したいと考える企業を対象に、弊社に登録された産業医と企業のマッチングを行い、産業医の活躍支援まで伴走します。 産業医のスキルやマインドを認識しながら、お客様(企業)の事業フェーズや健康管理に対する価値観・課題をヒアリングし、信頼を獲得しながら産業医の活躍を支援することで、働くひとの健康を世界中に創ることにつなげています。 また、将来的には企業との折衝経験を活かし、健康管理クラウドCarelyのカスタマーサクセスマネージャーや、ノウハウを活かし、企業内における産業保健や従業員の健康づくりのための体制構築支援など、アドバイザー(コンサルタント)として活躍する機会も得られます。また、 【具体的には】 入社直後は、以下のような業務において推進をお任せする予定です。 1.企業からの要望のヒアリングに基づき、求人要件にマッチしている産業医を探す 2.企業に提案する面接に同席してフォローを行い、契約開始までの調整を担当 3.契約企業の事業フェーズや課題、産業医の活動状況に応じて最適な契約プランの提案や相談への対応 【やりがい】 ・ 社内でも大きな売上を取り扱うため、事業成長に大きく貢献できる ・現在、紹介依頼が急増しており、チームが大きく成長する、変わろうとしているフェーズ事業成長に大きく貢献するチームのチームづくりに貢献できる ・ 産業医の先生を紹介して終わりではなく、紹介後のフォローを通じて継続的に企業や産業医のサクセスに携われる ・ セールスやカスタマーサクセスと協力して案件を進めていくため、部署を超えたチームプレーを実践できる ・ 産業医の募集や活躍いただくためのセミナーやイベントの企画・運営を通じて、産業医の活躍支援に携われる 【チームの特徴とカルチャー】 ・人材紹介経験のないメンバーも、産業保健知識が元々なかったメンバーも活躍しているチームです ・許可を取る前に実行する文化(「やっていいですか?」より「やりました」のアグレッシブさを求めています) ・まずやってみよう、失敗してだめなら改善すれば良いがモットー ・個人プレーではなくチームで協力する体制 ・誰もが相談・意見しやすい雰囲気 ・産業保健の知識を率先して学ぶ文化 【入社後のキャリアパス】 メンバー リーダー マネージャー/スペシャリスト ※6ヶ月毎に評価し、昇降給を実施しています。 【配属部署】 Sales&Marketing部 Company & Doctor Businessチーム(CDB) CDBチームリーダーのインタビューはこちら ※インタビュー当時のチーム名:CDS 【利用している業務ツール】 ・Slack ・Google Workspace(Google Sheet/Google Docs/Google Slide) ・Microsoft Office ・HubSpot ・kintone ・Teams 【採用資料】 メンバーの日常はこちらから

・ 知らないことに興味を持って学び続けられる方(健康・人事・産業保健領域など) ※入社前に産業保健領域の知識は不要ですが、入社後1ヶ月程度で産業保健領域の基本知識を取得していただく必要があります ※従業員の健康維持と企業イメージの観点で、タバコを吸っている方は入社前に禁煙していただいております

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(フレックスタイム制度、コアタイム:11:00〜15:00) リモートワーク:原則週1日を出社とし、頻度は各部署で応相談(フルリモート相談可能) 完全週休2日制(土・日) 、祝祭日 年次有給休暇(1日、半日、1時間単位での取得が可能) 年末年始休暇 Chill-out day(時期を問わず利用できるリフレッシュ休暇) Self-care day(自身や家族のちょっとした不調や通院に利用可能。心身共に健康に働くための休暇) コロナ看護休暇:社員の家族や親族がコロナに罹患した場合、またはコロナに起因する休園休校等で業務を行うことが難しい場合に付与(最大10日間の有休付与)
