Responsibilities:

• As an engineering specialist or manager, you will be expected to take on one or more of the following roles:

★Backend Engineer

You will be responsible for backend development of our in-house product BOTCHAN and the new product AI Agent:

• Design and develop APIs and server-side functionality for AI Agent features
• Implement efficiency improvements using generative AI, such as code completion and automated test generation
• Collaborate with AI engineers to validate features and drive implementation into the product
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies and consider their application to the product

★DevOps Engineer

You will help balance service stability with development speed by improving operational efficiency:

• Execute development and operational tasks through ticket-driven workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including business owners, PdMs, and CS teams
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems, and improve operational workflows to increase agility
• Propose and implement improvements for security enhancement and system reliability
