M&Aの最上位職である「エキスパート」として、高額案件を中心としたM&Aディールの全プロセスを、プロフェッショナルな知見と高い裁量をもって主導していただきます。
昨今の譲渡企業様のM&Aリテラシー向上に伴い、M&Aプラットフォームのリーディングカンパニーである同社への譲渡企業様からのインバウンド問い合わせが急増しており、月10件程度、平均受託率30%程度の良質なアポ供給が可能なため、ディールフェーズに集中できる環境を提供します。
【具体的には】
受託
■インバウンド問い合わせを中心とした流入顧客の対応
案件化
■精緻なプレ企業分析
■譲渡スキームの戦略的な提案
■提案資料の作成(社内外注可能)
マッチング
■案件を整理した後にバトンズプラットフォームに掲載、及び買い手の問い合わせ対応
■28万の買い手会員(上場企業の4分の1社)が登録した買いニーズ情報をもとに、AIがロングリスト(ターゲットリスト)を作成、それらのリストに対して一括提案を実施(5分で200社程度への提案も可能な効率的なシステムを(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■M&A仲介、投資銀行、FAS、PEファンド、金融機関等で一連のM&A業務を経験された方(ソーシングからエグゼキューションまで一気通貫で完遂できる方)、またはそれに匹敵するご経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■公認会計士、弁護士、税理士等の専門資格、またはこれに準ずる経営目線を持った高度な専門知識
■前職において、社内でトップレベルの実績および成果を上げた方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
