生成AIを中心としたAzure AI Service関連案件の今後の事業のリーダーを見据えた「リードエンジニア」の募集となります。

ACS事業部 Data/AIチーム
チーム人数:5名(事業部長を含めた新規立ち上げのチームです)
※ACS事業部は全体で30名程の事業部となります
<業務内容>
チーム全体としては以下の領域をスコープし、個々の得意スキルを発揮頂きながら、案件を遂行しています。
また勉強会の参加など技術領域を広げ・深めることも業務の重要な一部として実施しています。
具体的には…
・以下のプロジェクトリード
(進捗推進、顧客調整)
・Azure AI Serviceを用いたAIアプリケーション構築
(チャットボットや文書検索、翻訳システムなどの設計/実装)
・Azure Machine Learningによる機械学習ソリューションの開発
(AIプラットフォーム全体設計/構築、MLOps導入支援など)
・Microsoft Fabricを活用したデータエンジニアリング
(データ統合、データウェアハウス、データ分析基盤の設計/構築など)
・ハッカソンや技術トレーニングなどの技術講師
・Azure AI ServiceやAI駆動開発における新技術の調査・習得
・戦略へのフィードバックとエンドユーザー様向けの新規サービスメニューの技術/アイディア議論
・事業部で独自開発するSaaSプロダクトの開発支援
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・Web開発、データ活用、機械学習関連業務のうちいずれかの案件の遂行のご経験
[目安]3年以上の実務経験、うち1年以上はリードエンジニアまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしてのご経験
・案件遂行の上での顧客対応もしくは社内折衝のご経験
[目安]2年以上の顧客折衝もしくは社内折衝のご経験
・なんらかの言語のコーディングのご経験(スクリプトなどでも可)
[目安]1年以上の実務経験

技術に秀でているメンバーが多いため、顧客折衝/案件のマネジメントなどをより得意とする方が人材像です。顧客のニーズを深く理解し、技術的な複雑さをわかりやすく説明できることを重視します。 また、生成AIやDataの可能性を信じ「便利だよね」と共感できる方。
■新しい技術に対するインプット/アウトプット
・最新のMicrosoft Azure技術(特にAI/データ分析関連)関連などについて、常に技術情報をアップデートすることが可能
■新規事業系の顧客など不確実性に対応する主体性
・アジャイル/DevOps/生成AIのような変化の速い技術において、探索的かつ主体的な仕事の仕方を楽しめる方
■リモート環境でのコミュニケーション
・リモートワーク環境下において、適切なアウトプットでコミュニケーションを取り、チームの一体感を醸成できる
・多様な背景を持つチームメンバーと協力し、心理的安全性の高い環境づくりに貢献できる
