Description
Attract, source, screen and hire talent regionally or nationally in a multi-site organization
Role expectations
- Develops and executes recruiting processes and programs
- Collaborates with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings and open requisitions
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
- Contributes to the company's employer brand strategy
- Attracts, sources, screens and hires talent from across the country/region, often focused within a specific function area or discipline
- Surfaces candidates and develops networks following processes to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintains data in application tracking system to ensure appropriate candidate data storage
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring managers in developing new hire compensation packages/offers
- May work with agencies, recruiting contractors, and vendors to accelerate hiring results
- May develop, support, and maintain internship recruiting
- May also assist with the HR processes and programs at times
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Abilities:
Analytical, both tactical and strategic with a versatile understanding of roles and function areas
Strong oral and written communication skills (presenting, emailing, reporting and strong influencing skills)
Efficient at managing competing demands including the ability to prioritize, respond timely, and regular communication to keep candidates and hiring managers informed
Effective stakeholder management skills for both internal and external customers
Intuitive problem-solving skills and a strong ability to manage details
High sense of accountability and brings an agile can-do attitude to facing problems
Sense of urgency in responding to customers and solving hiring problems
Willingness to work within a Team – care as much about the team result as the individual result
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent talent acquisition and/or HR experience
Experience: 5+ years of experience
Physical Demands
- Extensive sitting, phone, and computer use
- Extended hours may be required on occasion
- Occasional travel may be required
- Executes effective employer branding, searching, and hiring strategies across multiple levels and occasionally within multiple departments or locations
- Learns about wider HR policies
- Works with stakeholders up to moderate complexity
- Contributes to TA project assignments of moderate complexity
- Focuses on a specific country or department, begins to explore hiring in additional countries or departments
- Executes universities and internship program hiring
- Normally requires a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
