【募集ポジション概要】

ネット広告最大手のサイバーエージェントが立ち上げる新組織にて、「コネクテッドTVストラテジスト」としてご参画いただきます。

今回立ち上げる新組織は、急速に成長するコネクテッドテレビ市場において、戦略的なプランニングと実行を専任で行うチームです。

現状ネットに接続されているテレビの視聴時間を100とすると、ネットコンテンツ視聴25:地上波視聴75になっています。

・今後この割合がどんどん逆転し、ネットが増える

・アドリーチマックスなど新しいテレビの買い方が生まれる

上記のような機会に対して、本チームではデジタル動画活用と次世代地上波バイイングをハイブリッドに行う、革新的なプロジェクトに取り組み、業界をリードするプランニングを実行します。

【主な業務内容】

・デジタル動画およびTVCMのプランニング/提案

・振り返り/PDCA

・動画メディアおよび放送局とのメディア交渉/企画開発

事業責任者と密に連携する業務のため、事業戦略立案・プロダクト開発・PL管理などに関わる機会のある仕事です。

・広告代理店で地上波テレビのバイイング経験がある方(プランニング/業推などのご担当をされたことがある方)
