【仕事概要】

受託事業拡大のため、受託部門でのプロジェクトマネジメントを担っていただける方を募集しています。受託事業を立ち上げたPMのサポートのもとで経験を積んでいただきながらプロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験を積むことができる環境です。

・クライアントの要望をヒアリング~要件定義、設計

・システム開発計画の策定

・プロジェクトチームの編成

・プロジェクトの推進・管理

・実装

・チーム内の対人関係を円滑にするサポート

・評価およびレビュー

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・開発経験が5年以上ある方

・要件定義~基本設計など上流の経験が2年以上ある方

・何かしらのマネジメント経験が2年以上
