「印刷物が完成するまでの『司令塔』兼『最終チェック役』です」

老舗の印刷会社にて、パンフレットやカタログなどが、ミスなく

スケジュール通りに出来上がるよう管理するお仕事をお任せします。

【具体的にお任せすること】

・間違い探し(文字校正)

デザイナーが作ったデータと、元々の原稿を見比べて

「文字の間違いはないか?」「色は指定通りか?」をチェックします。

1文字ずつ丁寧に確認する、集中力が活かせる作業です。

・スケジュールの管理

「デザインはいつ終わる?」「印刷機にかけるのはいつ?」

といった工程を確認し、納期(締め切り)に間に合うように

社内の各部署と連絡を取り合います。

・外部スタッフとの連絡

社外のライターさんや制作会社さんへ、「原稿の進み具合はどうですか?」

といった確認をメールや電話で行います。

・バトンの受け渡し

完成したデータを印刷現場へ渡し、「このスケジュールでお願いします」と依頼します。

営業活動は一切なし: お客さんのところへ行って商談をしたり

無理な要望を直接聞きに行ったりすることはありません。

100%社内での業務です。

専門知識は働きながら

最初は「どうやってチェックするか」の手順から教えます。

徐々に印刷の仕組みがわかってくるので、未経験からでも「専門スキル」が身に付きます。

チームワーク重視

黙々と作業する時間もありますが、社内のデザイナーや職人さんと

「ここ、直しておきました」「助かるよ」といった

コミュニケーションを取りながら進めるお仕事です。
