【 お仕事内容 】
大手通信サービスの総合窓口として、お客様のネット利用をサポートします。
お問い合わせ対応(インバウンド) 「引っ越しをするので手続きしたい」「新しいプランについて知りたい」といったお客様へ、手順や内容をご案内します。
最適なプラン提案(アップセル・トスアップ) お話の中で「もっと速いプランがいい」「スマホ代も安くしたい」といったニーズに合わせ、上位プランやモバイル回線をご案内します。
継続のご案内と事務処理(リテンション・発信) 解約を検討されている方へのお得な継続案の提示や、書類の不備確認などの発信業務、および専用システムへの入力を行います。

引っ越しに伴う移転手続きなど、お客様の人生の節目に立ち会い、ネット環境という不可欠なインフラを整えるお手伝いができます。
状況に応じた「柔軟な対応力」が身につく 受電(インバウンド)と発信(アウトバウンド)の両方を行うため、お客様の要望を汲み取る力と、最適な提案を行う力の両方がバランスよく磨かれます。
通信のプロとして「家計の節約」を提案 より速いハイエンドプランへの変更や、お得なモバイル回線とのセット割引など、お客様が今より便利・おトクになる提案をするコンサル要素が魅力です。
未経験からでも安心の「段階的研修」 業務の幅が広い分、研修も丁寧。まずは「引っ越し受付」から、慣れてきたら「プラン提案」へ、と着実にステップアップできる環境です。

難しいことは一つもありません まずは基本の受付マニュアルを読み進めることからスタート 状況別のトークパターンや回答例が全て完備されているため、 未経験の方でも短期間で修得可能です

- 一人で全てを抱え込む必要はナシ 一次受付やプランの提案があなたのメインミッションです。
技術的な不備の確認や複雑な事務処理も、チームで共有し合いながら進められます。 目標はありますが、達成のコツは先輩たちがしっかりレクチャーします
給与
時給1,500円〜
- 交通費全額支給
- 社会保険完備
- 随時昇給のチャンスあり

- 月収26万4,000円
(時給1500円×1日8時間×月22日勤務の場合)
