【 お仕事内容 】
大手通信サービスをご利用中のお客様への、継続提案・追加案内業務です。
解約希望者へのヒアリング(発信) 「解約したい」という手続きをされたお客様へお電話し、「速度に不満があるのか」「料金が高いのか」などの理由を伺います。
最適なプランの提案 「光回線の継続割引」や「格安SIMへのセット切り替え」など、継続するメリットを台本に沿ってご案内します。
データ入力・手続き 継続が決まった場合は変更手続きを、解約が決まった場合は解約処理をシステムに入力して完了です。

「納得」を生み出すカウンセリング 単に引き止めるのではなく、解約理由を丁寧にヒアリング。
「それなら、こちらのプランの方がお安くなりますよ」と、お客様に最適な解決策を提示し、納得して継続いただけた時の手応えは抜群です。
通信・スマホの専門知識が身につく 光回線からモバイルSIMまで、通信インフラの知識に詳しくなれます。
自分自身のスマホ代を安くする知恵も身につくなど、私生活にも役立つ知識が満載です。

ご納得いただけなかった場合の「解約手続き」も仕事の一部なので、無理やりお話を続ける必要はありません。

時給1,500円〜
- 交通費全額支給

- 月収26万4,000円
(時給1500円×1日8時間×月22日勤務の場合)
