スマホで遊べるオンラインクレーンゲームの運営スタッフを募集します

まずは倉庫内での簡単な運営サポート業務からスタート。

作業に慣れてきたら、ガチャ景品やキャラクター商品の企画にも挑戦できる

スキルアップ前提のポジションです。

■主な業務内容(まずはここから)

・景品のセッティング・配置替え

・景品の製造工程(パーツの組み立て、袋詰め、ラベル貼りなどの軽作業)

・タブレットでの動作チェック

・ピッキング・梱包・発送業務

・在庫・商品の管理

接客なし&モクモク作業が中心なので、未経験でも始めやすい環境です。

■慣れてきたら…企画・開発へステップアップ

・ガチャ景品のアイデア出し

・キャラクター商品の企画会議へ参加

・完成商品の企画・開発
