仕事内容
【具体的な業務内容】
当社が受託開発する通信機器やオーディオ機器、
電子機器等の「品質を守る」ための分析、評価、改善が基本業務です。
当社の特徴は、エンジニアが「企画、設計から製造(量産導入)」
の工程まで一貫して携われることです。
単なる「検品」ではなく、開発段階から入り込み、
「どうすれば良い製品になるか」を提案改善していく重要なポジションとなります。
【仕事詳細例】
部品メーカー、工場への品質指導管理、客先への製品評価項目、
量産導入工程管理を、設計者とともに行います。
自社工場は無い為、オフィス勤務になります。
【一緒に働くメンバー】
同部門には、3~5名の社員が在籍しております。
一人当たり年間1~3案件程度担当いただきます。
協力工場は国内・海外ともにあり、中国の協力工場との付き合いが多く、
月1回~四半期1回程度の頻度で1週間程度の海外出張が発生します。
※立ち上げなどがある場合は頻度が増える可能性がございます。
※英語でのコミュニケーションも発生します。(メールなど中心)

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 24万6200円
