【組織の概要】

クラウドDXソリューションを活用して、顧客企業のデジタル業務改革を支援することが組織のミッションです。

NRIならではコンサルティング力、ソリューション理解、インテグレーション能力を活かして、クラウドDXソリューションの中から最適なものを活用して、販売・SCM・調達・財務・人事などの企業の業務プロセスの効率化・高度化を実現します。

【募集職種の期待役割】

クラウドDXソリューション導入コンサルタントとして、クラウドDXソリューションの導入を実施します。対象業務領域とソリューションへの深い理解に基づくクオリティの高さがNRIの付加価値ですので、特定の業務領域、特定のソリューションの理解を深め、プロジェクトで実績を積んでいただきます。

そのうえで、業務領域やソリューションの幅を広げていただき、システムグランドデザイン策定などのコンサルティングや、システムインテグレーションのプロジェクトマネジメントに従事していただくキャリアパスを想定しています。

【具体的な職務内容】

・Anaplan、Coupa、ServiceNow、BoomiをはじめとするDXソリューション、AWSやMicrosoft Azure等のパブリッククラウドを組み合わせて、お客様の業務改革支援を実施します。

・ソリューション発掘

・ユースケース開発

・顧客向け提案活動

・各ソリューションへの機能配置などのシステムグランドデザイン策定

・ソリューション導入・インプリ

・システムとしてのインテグレーション

・ユーザートレーニング

・業務改革のチェンジマネジメント

・グローバル展開

・業務/システム運用

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■システム導入の経験

■ウォーターフォールモデルの理解

■以下のいずれかの経験があること

・お客様への提案活動の実務経験

・お客様向けコンサルティング業務の実務経験

・プロジェクトマネージャーなど重要な立場でのお客様とのコミュニケーション経験

【歓迎要件】

・Anaplan、ServiceNow、Coupa、Boomiの導入

・PaaSを用いたアプリケーション開発の実務経験、SaaSの導入経験

・パブリッククラウド(AWS、Azure、GCP)を活用したアプリケーションの設計・開発経験

【給与】

年収 800 ~ 1500 万円

平均年収:1,322万円※2024年度

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
