業務内容
■組織の役割
当部門は2023年4月に設立されたグループ横断のDX推進と実行のために設立された新しい組織です。データ利活用のプラットフォームである「Sony Data Ocean」や、ソニーアカウントの認証サービスを共通基盤としてソニーグループ各社に展開し、DXを加速させるべく活動しています。
上記以外にも、グループ各社を跨いだDXコミュニティの形成を支援するデジタルツール、グループ各社のコラボレーションを加速させるためのポータルサイト等、近年開発テーマも広がっています。
■担当予定の業務内容
本募集では「Sony Data Ocean」等のグループ横断データ利活用プラットフォームを対象に、開発・運用業務を担当頂きます。データ利活用の活動においてはグループ内の様々な組織と対話する機会も多く、利用者から寄せられる要望や、生成AIなどの新技術等を踏まえて、自らこれからのプラットフォームを考えていける機会があります。

■ポジションの役割
「Sony Data Ocean」等のグループ横断データ利活用プラットフォームを対象に、開発チームのリードエンジニアとしてクラウドシステムの開発・運用業務、及びそのサービスの導入推進まで幅広くご担当いただきます。
業務遂行においてはソニーグループ各社への導入推進、技術コンサルティングなどの上流工程から開発・運用まで一貫して携われる機会があります。

必要となるスキル/経験
■必須
・開発チームのリード経験
・AWS、GCP、Azure等のクラウド上で稼働するクラウドアプリケーション、クラウドインフラの設計・開発経験(3年以上)
具体的には以下いずれかを自身で設計、開発した経験があると良い
- サーバーレスのRestAPI開発経験
- DataLake/DWHなどの分析環境の構築、運用経験(データ分析などの知識があれば尚可)
- AI Agent、生成AIなどを用いた実サービスの開発経験
・要件定義などの上流工程から携わった開発経験
■あると望ましい
・スクラム開発の経験
・CI/CDを用いた開発経験
・DevOpsなどのシステム運用経験
■人物像

・個人が持つスキルや性格の多様性を理解し、お客様や外部パートナーを含む仲間を尊重する気持ちを持っている方
求める語学力
TOEIC:650点以上が望ましい
※英語のドキュメント読解やメール等でのコミュニケーション及び担当者間での技術議論に支障が無いレベル
※海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションが比較的多いため、TOEICのスコアが足りなかったとしても海外メンバーと躊躇せずにコミュニケーションしようとする気持ちがある方を重視します。
