【仕事内容】

大阪本店にて企画建築(プレハブ)の低層集合住宅における建築施工管理を担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

■新築集合住宅の現場における管理項目(安全、品質、工程、コスト、環境、人)の管理(計画書作成、実施指示、点検確認、軌道修正)を行い、施主様へ良品をお渡しする業務及び、建物引渡し後のアフター点検業務

■携わる案件=自社プレハブ商品シリーズ(重量、軽量鉄骨構造)

■工期=3?6ヶ月(建物規模による)※常時1?2件を担当していただきます

■2級建築施工管理技士

リフォーム施工管理の経験でも歓迎

【給与】

■年収モデル:700万円~1,000万円(25歳~59歳:例)

■月給モデル:350,000円~426,000円(25歳~59歳:例)

※試用期間あり(原則6カ月)

※経験、年齢、能力を考慮し同社規定により決定

■昇給:年1回

■賞与:年2回(直近2回実績から鑑みた予想値 :8.85か月(全社平均))
